Event terms
These terms apply to entries for the 2026 Matakana School Charity Golf Day, held on 3 November 2026 at Omaha Beach Golf Club.
Entry and payment
Player entries are purchased through Eventbrite. Teams are four players; individuals are welcome and will be allocated to a team. Sponsorship is invoiced directly by the committee. An entry is confirmed once payment is received.
Refunds and transfers
Full refunds are available for cancellations received on or before 29 September 2026. After that date entries are not refundable but may be transferred to another player until 5.00pm, Tuesday 27 October 2026.
Weather and cancellation
Golf is generally played in most weather conditions. The event will only be cancelled if the club closes the course or determines conditions are unsafe. If the event is cancelled for weather or course closure, no refund is available.
On the day
Players must follow the club's dress code, course rules and the directions of event officials. Food and drinks are purchased separately from authorised stations. The committee may amend the format, schedule or prizes where necessary.
