This notice explains how the Matakana School Golf Day Committee handles personal information collected through this website for the Matakana School Charity Golf Day.
What we collect
If you send a sponsorship enquiry we collect your business name, contact name, email address, mobile number, preferred package and any notes you choose to include. The enquiry is sent by email from your own email application to the committee. We also record anonymous page view and sponsor link click counts to understand how the site is used. We do not collect payment details on this site.
How we use it
Contact details are used only to reply to your enquiry, arrange sponsorship, issue an invoice and provide event information. Player ticketing is handled by Eventbrite under their own privacy terms.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell personal information and we do not share player contact details with sponsors. Information is held securely by the committee and kept only as long as needed for the event and school financial records.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you at any time by emailing k.scott@matakana.school.nz.
